Not only does Julie hold a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Boston University and was named the National Nutrition Director for Exhale Spa, she does nutritional advising for celebrity chefs, is a menu consultant for prestigious restaurants in Boston and New York, has co-taught nutrition classes in food & nutrition with celebrity Chef Barbara Lynch and is a sought after speaker for corporate events, wellness conferences and popular podcasts. In addition to building an extensive nutrition resume, Julie is also renowned yoga and barre instructor, with experience in leading local and international retreats and trainings.

    • You may be able to get a portion of your services covered by insurance, but I try my best to make my services as affordable as possible. It is up to each client to call their insurance company, as your practitioner I do not do this as part of my service. Payment plans are available upon request.

    • I accept all major forms of credit cards. If a payment plan is being made, a credit card must be given to ensure payment, at time payment is due, you may use a different card, but it is up to you to inform practitioner of change, otherwise the saved credit card will be charged. I do not accept checks at this time. No discounts are being offered at this time.

    • All sessions are held virtually at this time.

    • I currently offer three programs of differing lengths and intensity, a 30 day, 90 day or 6 month program is available depending on your health goals.

    • I only prescribe supplements after the initial visit and if it is something that the you and I believe you need to supplement your diet. I am lucky to be partnered with one of the most respected supplement companies, Standard Process, so if this is something we think you will benefit from we will look into it.

    • I try to keep my services affordable for all types of people, which is why payment plans are available. Services range from $275-$6500.
      How do I know which program is best for me?
      You can book a DISCOVERY CALL and we can figure it out together.

    • There is a 24 hr cancelation policy. There is a $100.00 fee for cancellations made outside of this window. The fee will be charged on the credit card that is saved on your account. For packages, your appointment must be made within the time of your package (for example if you have a 30 day package, it must be rescheduled within the 30 days).

    • To cancel your appointment, you must send me an email or leave a voicemail 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment.
